At Baba Ghannouj Mediterranean Bistro, we’re proud to bring something unique to the Cary community with our authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Everything on our menu is made from scratch daily with fresh ingredients using old-world recipes, from our signature Chicken Kabob Platter to our Falafel Pita Wrap. We even go the extra mile when grilling our meat, using a charcoal grill to ensure you get richest flavors every visit. Chicken Shawarma wrap was delicious, the grape leaves yummy, and the cucumber sauce was fresh and topped everything off perfectly. BUT THE PITA…best pita I’ve ever had. Soft, warm, fluffy, and fresh pita. Out of this world. Will probably be a weekly thing to come here."
